I luv Jesse. He is nothing but 100 percent commonsense. He actually admitted in the past that he isn't actually particularly bright, and that he had trouble in school. I know that might sound rude or judgemental of me to say that (despite Jesse having said this about himself);however, it really isn't. Humility is also a virtue and Jesse applies that virtue very well. He bases his arguments on Christian teachings. Because he doesn't rely on himself, he can bring God's Wisdom to those who are in revolt from reality (relativists, active homosexuals, radical feminists, etc). Reality itself is God and the world Created by God, that's all there is, but those people Jesse engages with would like to live as if they can alter reality. Further, in my opinion, Jesse's humility is what allows him to respond so well to his guests because it makes room for him to respond to the subtle promptings of the Holy Spirit. He is not infallible, he's just intuitive.

In the time of Mahabharat i.e. in Dwapar Yug, the greatest ever battle of Kurukshetra had been fought between Pandavas (the followers of Dharma i.e. righteousness, honesty etc) and Kauravas (the followers of Adharma i.e. unrighteousness, dishonesty etc) & Pandavas had finally won the battle by the supreme help of Lord Krishna himself! Ashwatthama fought the battle by taking side of Kauravas. He was saved along with 2 others after the conclusion of the great battle of Kurukshetra after 18 days. He was cursed of immortality by Lord Krishna for his sinful attempt to kill the unborn child by Brahmastra (the greatest weapon in the universe) who was in Queen Uttara's womb. Lord Krishna protected the child (Parikshit) and then cursed Ashwatthama of immortality. Lord Krishna said that until his 10th Avatar would come to earth, Ashwatthama would not be able to call death and he would wander in jungles and everywhere being wounded and bloody and in huge pain. Hence he was shown here alive in 2898 AD. He is still waiting for Lord Vishnu's 10th Avatar i.e. Lord Kalki to come to earth and free him from that curse. Hope this information helps you guys a little to understand.
